→ About CNC Milling
Our CNC milling process can complete the fabrication of production parts from prototype to final within a day. We utilize 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling techniques to manufacture both metal and plastic components. In addition to First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, material certifications, outgoing inspection reports, and surface treatments such as anodizing and plating, you can also obtain precision parts with more competitive pricing and tighter cnc milling parts tolerances.
Our CNC milling service is commonly used for:
- Rapid prototypes
- Tooling and fixtures
- Aerospace components
- Automotive components
- Medical device parts manufacturing

Threading
Currently, we support metric threads from M2 to M14, imperial threads from 1/8″ to 1/4″, and ACME threads from 1/4″ to 1/8″. It’s also important to consider factors such as the part’s load requirements, operating environment, and ease of installation and maintenance during the design process.
Radii
Sharp internal corners on parts will naturally be rounded during the CNC machining process. The resulting fillets will be specified in your quotation.

What is CNC Milling ?
CNC milling is a widely used and precise method of material removal. This technology can manufacture detailed, complex parts with high accuracy. In the CNC milling process, a rotating cutting tool moves across the surface of a fixed workpiece, removing material to achieve the specified geometric shapes and dimensions.
CNC milling, which includes slot cutting, threading, and engraving, is ideal for producing components in aerospace, automotive, electronics, medical, and automation industries. It accommodates both simple and complex designs, from prototype creation to mass production, offering precision solutions for detailed material handling.
